DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:
Orders are completed on a first come first serve
basis to be fair to all our customers. Normal delivery is
between 1-2 weeks depending on demand. Customers should take
this into account when ordering holiday themed items. If a
problem should arise concerning delivery time for you order,
we will notify you ASAP.
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal only.
Sorry no personal checks or COD’s.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped via United States Postal
Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on
size. Actual shipping charges are applied to your order,
there are no additional charges.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We take the utmost care in packaging your item (s);
however, on occasion, an item (s) may get damaged during
shipment. Please notify us within 5 days after receipt of
shipment if this occurs. Your item (s) will be replaced or
we will refund you the purchase price. (NOTE: Shipping costs
are non-refundable).
RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason,
please notify us within 5 days after receipt. For UPS
shipments, a call tag will be provided to ship back. Returns
originally shipped via USPS will be reimbursed to your
PayPal account. (NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable).
